Upon completion, you can search into the Role Marketplace at just.work and find purpose aligned job opportunities.

The program

Join a certificated True Purpose Institute coach throughout 4 group sessions

You will receive reading material before every encounter.

After the sessions you will receive instructions to start a daily 15 min practice to strengthen your Purpose muscles.

The process is structured in a lean, tension-based approach, so its success will stand in your commitment to voice your own personal blockages while engaging in it.

Instead of trying to prevent possible problems, we teach our participants to develop a special awareness to sense and respond into them. At the end of it, chances are that you can explicitly detail at least two Purpose Statements.

Benefits

The journey, however, starts right after you finish the program. Becoming aware of your own Purpose does not push you to live a Purpose-Only type of life.

Instead, it gives you the opportunity to make a conscious decision when facing a multiple option path ahead of you, so you can decide in real time what type of Purpose alignment will suit you better at a given moment.
